Here’s the question you should be asking:
‘Can you afford the cost of stress-related absenteeism and ill-health in your business?’
“Companies are losing more than R12 billion annually due to absenteeism in South Africa. According to Stats SA, in 2000, 0.7 million workers were absent from work, which is a fraction compared to the 397% leap it took up until 2012. A third of public sector workers were absent for health reasons, compared to 9.2% of private sector workers.” – Moneyweb.co.za, October 2012
It’s a simple equation: if your staff are healthy, your business is healthy. If you can reduce your staff stress levels, you can reduce absenteeism and improve productivity. And when you do that, you increase your bottom line. Now Combine this equation with our formula “Creating Jobs. Developing Skills. Promoting Wellness “ and success is assured. ..Welcome to the Ubuntu Touch Project.
